Q. I have a book on Request which has gone into 'In Process', what does this mean and how long will it roughly be before I can pick up the book?

The request is still being worked on - if it is at another site it has not been picked up off the shelf yet to fill your request or if the book is out on loan it has not been returned yet to fill your request. You will receive an email informing you when it is available for collection.
