Sign in to your New RefWorks account with your email and password. Go to Settings from the drop down menu under your name in your New RefWorks screen.
Scroll down the page until you see ‘Institutional Credentials’. Click on the ‘Remove Credentials’ button. Click on the same button again which now should show ‘Associate Credentials’. Enter your University/Library Login when prompted. You should now be able to sign in to RefWorks with your University login next time you login. Contact us if this is not the case.
