Q. How do I make a photocopy in the library?

You can photocopy on any of the printers in the libraries or open access areas.

To photocopy

1. Tap your Ruskin Card on the printer
2. Select Copy from the menu on the display
3. Place your document on the printer
4. Tap the Colour button to switch between black & white and colour copying - (optional)
5. Tap the Duplex / Combine button to switch between single and double-sided copying - (optional)
6. Tap No. of sets to change the number of copies - (optional)
7. Press the Start button on the printer
8. Remember to logout by pressing the Access button on the printer
