When referencing a website our guide to Harvard referencing suggests that you should identify the owner / author of the website. In the case of Mindtools.com this would simply be (Mind Tools Ltd, 2012).
Information about who the author of a website is can usually be found by looking at the URL or web address. To find the date of publication, it's worth looking at the bottom of a web page for the copyright statement, or from a date headline. If you get stuck again with regards to referencing, take a look at the Harvard Referencing guide provided on the library website.
