There are several schemes that can give you access to libraries in London:

SCONUL Access
The SCONUL Access scheme enables staff, research students, full time postgraduates, part-time, distance learning and placement students to use books and journals at other libraries which belong to the scheme.

It is available for students studying at registered at our main sites (unfortunately partner college students are not participants). Full-time undergraduates have reference only access. Apply Online via the SCONUL website. Please check details as borrowing and access may be different at different libraries.

Access25
Postgraduate research students and staff may join the scheme. Details on how to use the scheme are available online. It gives access to a range of university and special libraries such as museum libraries which are listed online.

Academic staff and students may apply for a reader's ticket. Proof of identity is required and details on how to apply are on the British Library website.
