On the library website, click on "My Account" and log in, there will then be a box marked "Requests".

'My Account' can be found in the top right corner of the library website homepage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

'Requests' can be found on 'My Account' along the tool bar.

If you click on this it will show you a list of which items you have ordered, and to the right of each item there will be an option marked "Cancel". If you click on this it will cancel your reservation on that particular item.
