Q. I have both a New and Legacy Refworks account yet I get sent to the 'wrong' version. How can I get to the 'correct' account?


Currently, there are two versions of Refworks in action.  'Legacy' and 'New'.  If you have an account in both versions and you get sent to the 'wrong' version, in the first instance, close the browser window and try again.  If this does not fix the problem, try an alternative browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox are all available on campus).  If none of these techniques work, you can try deleting the cookies from your browser.  The following links can tell you how:
