Library Support: Search & Access

You will need to allow "pop-ups" in the internet browser you are using. 

How you do this will depend upon the browser you are using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc.), the option to allow or prevent block-ups can usually be found under the Security and Privacy settings.  

For example, Google Chrome blocks pop-ups from automatically showing. To allow them you will need to:

1.               On your computer, open Chrome.
2.               At the top right, click Settings.
3.               Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
4.               Click Pop-ups and redirects.
5.               At the top, turn the setting to Allow
